Be DD Payment failure.

My DD payment to Be failed today, did anyone have the same problem?
My money is there, but my bank have been over active in the Security field
this past couple of weeks, it is not the first genuine payment to be in
trouble.
I ask because I read a few months back TalkTalk messing DD payments up.

Just an e-mail from Be today, due day, saying collection failed and they
will try again.
On the previous problems I mentioned the bank will not tell you much as to
why they thought it was not a correct payment.
I'm just wanting to know if others had same problem with today's DDs

No issues here AFAIK
BE have been having some issues with some accounts though lately

Well got a reply from the bank who say the DD failed due to not having my
name/address on, and thier security rejected it.
Be say it was no different to all the previous DD requests which were paid,
Be think it was because it was bank holiday Monday.
Be presented the DD again today and were paid.
Guess I will never know the truth.

Direct debits can go wrong, as there are three parties involved, you,
your bank and your ISP.
I had a similar problem with Plusnet when setting up my village hall's
internet service. After many weeks of failed transfers and cheques being
sent in lieu, it was finally sorted. I suspect the bank but you never
get the whole truth in these matters.
