DAVID Systems ExpressNet management console password

***not really linux related, sorry, no need to flame***

Hi all,

I need a bit of info about the serial management of a david systems
expressnet secure hub.

I've established a connection to the hub, and can see all the tests when
it boots. I can also see the david systems banner, and the password
prompt. and this is where my trouble lies....

we need to be able to use the management features of this hub, but whoever
knew the password no longer works with us...and it wasn't documented

if anyone knows of a full reset procedure, or any default passwords for
these devices, please let me know (i can provide my email if you prefer
not to post this info).

we've already tried the common snmp community strings as the password. we
also opened up the case and couldn't find anything useful (like a
battery to unplug or a big, red RESET button)
