Ian having fraudulently signed up to the Mark Thomas list is a violation of
that groups charter, therefore a violation of the freeserve and energis AUP
and T&Cs, and is illegal under the computer misuse act.

WHAT COULD BE MORE CLEAR?

His recent noncewatch missives relating to members of the gomechewatch site
are designed to cause distress and alarm, also a violation of energis and
freeserves AUP.

CANCEL THE ACCOUNT FREESERVE.

Ring this number and leave a message for howard lamb, 0113 207 6239, leave a
message, say that their customer ian@gomeche has used his
freeserve email address and dialup account to post libellous and illegal
content.

This is their technical support number; 0845 078 8888, don't let them get
off the phone until you have spoken to every manager in the building.
If they don't cut him off for AUP reasons, then eventually they will cut him
off for commercial reasons, ie us wasting too much of their time.

Also if anyone has reported gomeche to the police about any internet matters
in the last few weeks, then you should have a crime reference number for
this. Please can you email this to (E-Mail Removed) and
(E-Mail Removed) and (E-Mail Removed) as they seem to need something
more to move their stupid fucking arses.

There are a number of howard lambs with home addresses in 192.com, so I will
find out which one you are and post it here if the account is not shut down
pronto.

You are posting from a Freeserve account and using a reply to email address
which you do not legally own. This is a breach of Freeserve's TOC, and a
violation of their AUP. You should terminate your account immediately for
flagrant violation of the T's and C's.
