D-Link DWL-650+ / DW614 drops connection...

802.11b wireless router issues...
Windows XP (across the house from the hub.)

One day, my wireless connection works flawlessly.
The next day, it drops the connection randomly.
I get tired of seeing, "The page cannot be found" messages.

Are the newer g routers any better?
Are there better router brands?
I picked up the router and card for about $120.

I guess I could pick up a repeater, but at $90, I think I could put in
a 2nd cable modem for less money.

Any ideas?

Try turning off your own router and see what else shows up
on your computer in the way of wireless networks. Or just
try some other channels when the one you're on gets bad.
