D-Link DWL-520+ Graph

Updated the drivers on my 520+ (XP Pro) to the latest on Dlinks FTP site:
4.15.5.1. All seems OK.

On the taskbar I still get the network icon and green graph icon (Airplus).
But when I click on Airplus (green graph) I no longer get the realtime graph
showing the precise percentages of signal strength and signal quality and
real-time transmission and receive rates. Instead I get Wireless Network
Connection Properties, as though I'd gone through the 'Network Connections'
to the standard properties button.

Any ideas?

"Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings?" - Needs to be
unchecked to load the Dlink configurator with the graph etc.

Oops.

Those graphs don't work in "ad-hoc" mode. They only work in "infrastructure"
mode when an access point is detected.

Does that deal with your situation?

Thank you for your advice, I'm sure this could also have caused the problem.
However, it was the 'Let Windows manage your wireless network settings' in
connection properties for the network connection in question that was the
culprit. If checked then the nice D-Link configurator is never shown. Hope
this helps someone else.
