Is a D-Link DSA-3100 appropriate for me?

Hello, I have a setup where multiple 802.11a access points are
distributed across a building. All of these access points plug into a
switch. I would like to use a DSA-3100 as a gateway, but after reading
the manual and it's "Sample Scenarios" section, I'm not sure if I can
use the DSA-3100. Does anyone know for sure?

Also, if there's better equipment for what I'm doing in the same price
range (about $500), then I'd like to know about that, too.

Thanks.
