OK thanks for that.
That explains why when I turned SSID broadcast off the clients kept
disconnecting - because there is another AP around with SSID broadcast on
and XP keeps trying to switch.Looks like I can forget trying to disable SSID
broadcast.
So what has me stumped is that now I have turned SSID broadcast back on
again, the clients cannot see my AP and the AP device status page
permanently shows this 00-00-00-00-00-00 MAC address for the wireless side.
I think it is dead!
