I know the DI-604 does not include a wireless component, so I assume you're
talking about some model that does (a DI-614 perhaps?). In any event,
you'll need to do the following to get these two devices working on the same
LAN:
1. Disable the DHCP server on the DI-713P, keeping the DHCP server on
the other unit enabled.
2. Make sure that the static IP assigned to the DI-713P does not
conflict with the static IP assigned to the other device, and that this
address is not within the range of addresses that the DHCP server on the
other device might issue to clients.
Once this is done, any DHCP clients on your LAN will get their address from
the new device, and get the appropriate parameters to go with it. I'm have
no specific experience with the DI-713P, so I can't say how to accomplish
the above steps, but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out if you poke
around through the configuration interface.
