D-Link DI-624 restarts when running IBM Update Connector

Hi folks,

got a really strange problem with the DI-624 router. Received my brand
new IBM Thinkpad R40 today and wanted to start the preinstalled IBM
Update Connector to bring the IBM related Software to the latest
releases.
The reproducible phenomena is that the router restarts when this
program downloads the updates.
Allways at 66% of the download the router restarts. It doesn't matter
which connection (wired or wireless or both) you use.
Wouldn't that be a nice way to kill these routers?

This is not a choke at all!!!

Try www.dslreports.com and go to the Forums section. Under the Equipment
Support forum there should be a D-Link group. This problem seems to be a
hot topic there.
