D-LINK DI-614+ range distance for wireless? Yagis?

A local retailer has these on sale for about $25 after rebate. I would
like to use one to shoot to my buddy in the building across the
street. We have a clear line of sight and the distance will be about
400 feet. We have the parts for Pringles can Yagi antennae and don't
mind setting these up. We would like to be able to stream our web
cams etc., so we need a minimum of 250k - 500k per second. Higher
speeds would be nice.

Does anybody have experience using this router over distances with or
without additional antennae?

Not going to make it that far the built antenna. You would a larger
antenna or a directional antenna. Good luck.
