Is anyone using the D-Link DI-614+? PcMall has it for $9.99 after
rebates. Sound good??

Bejesus. That's cheap.

One thing to consider: how concerned are you about security? That
model doesn't appear to be able to do WPA (the only protocol for which
there aren't freely available tools to make it an easy crack for
people to jump on to your network).

From the picture, it appears tha's the revA of the 614+ that has 2
antennae.

Best you'll be able to do is WEP encryption...which is penetrable, but
still a heck of a lot better than the wide open
share-with-your-neighbors network. Here's how you'd enable WEP on
that router:

Be sure to get a wireless card that supports WEP as well.

I has one.

As mentioned by Todd H. it doesn't support WPA, but WEP.
But if you as I live in a quite small nighbohoud, then thats probally not
going to be a problem.

I am very satisfied with it.

Gene, I got one of those for 9.99 a while ago from eCost.com. Its been
working just fine here. Supports UPnP so Windows messaging works well too.
Go for it.
