D-Link DI-524 and SSID Broadcast Disable

I checked the "Disable" button on my D-Link router. However it still
appears to be broadcasting the SSID. Am I doing something wrong?

This can be a complex subject and I think most experts will tell you not to
worry about the broadcast. I would do a search on it and read. Too make a
long story short the SSID is always broadcasted that option just hides it
from some programs.
