You'd be unable to access any 192.x.x.x web sites if the computer's
network adapter had a subnet mask of 255.0.0.0. The subnet mask
should be 255.255.255.0, as you say.
To check the subnet mask, go to Start | Run | Winipcfg, select the
network adapter from the menu, and click More Info.
If the computer gets its TCP/IP configuration from the router's
built-in DHCP server, connect to the router's built-in web server
(which is probably at an address like
http://192.168.0.1), define the
proper subnet mask, and reboot the computer.
There are multiple versions of the DI-514, so I can't tell you how to
do that. Refer to the User Manual on the CD that came with the
router, or go to this page to get an on-line copy:
