You don't need a driver for the router but you will probably need a PPPoE
package to get onto your ISP's network, most ADSL networks use PPPoE. Also,
is your router acting as a DHCP server? If so you will need to have dhcpc.d
or pump running in order to obtain an IP address from the router for your
NIC to use on your lan side. Do an ifconfig to see if you are indeed getting
an address, unless your using a static internal address of course.
