ICF settings are actually stored in WMI. There is a scriptable api
(something like INetSharingConfig), but no command-line support. In SP1, the
firewall updates that are in XPSP2 will be available so there will be a much
easier netsh command-line interface for batch files as well as Group Policy
support, however that doesn't really help you today.
