MS, in their wisdom, have made this only available via contact (who
knows why?). I've managed to get through to two different people
(supposedly) in Australia & neither have understood what I need. I've
also tried to lodge an email request, but that ends in "An unknown
application error occurred. Please try again in a few minutes."
As per

CSCCMD 1.1 tool to extract some files from a corrupt offline files cache.
Can somebody please email it to me if you have it?
