Hi,
My daughter's machine that she has brought home form work is in poor
shape. It does not have the Start/windows update icon. When I get to the
MS site it tells me I need 18 critical updates including active X. I go
through the usual process and it starts to download with the time bar
running etc. It stops and tells me that NO updates were installed. I seem
to remember that the first time I did a critica update it installed the
agent first!
Do any of you guys have any ideas what may be wrong?
