Creating a VLAN on Windows 2000 Adv. Server

I want to create local VLANs on one NIC. How do you do that in Windows 2000
Adv. Server?

You need a NIC that supports 802.1Q. BTW vlans are created in a switch and
transported via a trunk (802.1Q).
