Creating domain local group in Server 2003????

Hi
Anyone out there know how to create "domain local groups" in Server 2003????
I'm working on a project and i'm hitting a snag!

Hi,

To create domain local group you need to first have Active Directory. If you
have it, open Active Directory Users and Computers. Now select where you
would like to create new Domain Local group (e.g. Organization Unit (OU) of
your choice of e.g. Users container). Now that you selected this right click
in e.g. right pane and select New -> Group. Here select Group Scope that
says "Domain Local"
