How to create trust

I would like to create trust beetween Windows NT 4.0
Server and Windows 2003 Server.What is the proper way to
create it.I already try it but still can't create the
trust.

Firstly, you have to create "External Trust". Note that this type of trust
is not transitive. Also your W2k3 forest has to work in 2003 forest
functional level.

Secondly, you MUST configure DNS forwarders on DNS servers authorative for
both domains. To do this:
1. run DNS MMC snap-in
2. Click on Forwarders tab under server's properties window
3. on forwarders tab enter domain name and then type IP address of server's
to which queries has to be forwarded. (so if DNS server for domain nt4.local
has IP address 192.168.1.1 then on W2K3 DNS server under name you enter
nt4.local and IP is 192.168.1.1 and vice versa)

Then just use Active Directory Domains and Trusts snap-in. Chose create new
trust, enter domain name, because forest functional level is 2003 you will
see Trust Type window, than choose External trust... and then just follow
master's instructions.
