How to create trust relationship for 3rd Domain

Hi,

I have successfully created two-way trust between two domains, but when I was
about to create a trust for the third domain, it just couldn't find that
domain when I entered the fully qualified domain name. I have already added
that domain's DNS server IP into the DNS in my server. Is there any limit
for the number of trust that can be created in Windows Server 2003?

Hi Kevin,

By default when trusts are setup, the transistive trust effect allows
communication.
As an example, we have domains a, b and c.
We setup a.
We setup b.
These 2 can see each other.
We setup c. Transitive trusts now allows c to see a and b accordingly.

I know this isn't much help but maybe it would shed some insight (I hope)
