Hi
I have heard its possible to have multiple IP address on a single nic. I
am trying to figure this out. I have inherited a site that is running
Windows 2000 small business Server. They are running Exchange and using
the Web client. The problem with this is that they also have a internal
web site. They are both on the same address so if I expose the Exchange
web client to the internet then I also expose the internal site to the
itnernet.
My thought was to bind a new address to the nic, split up the sites and
just expose exchange. That or if I could prompt for a ID and password
before someone could acess the site. Or any other ideas.
thanks
Will
