Could I use IP Helper functions in Win98 ?

Dear

Could I use IP Helper in Win98 , if not support how could I write these
functions :

(1) Information of specific adapter about current IP, IP mask and Gateway IP
(2) Information of specific adapter about DHCP and DNS server
(3) IP Renew and IP Release function
(4) Ping function

I think you want the IPCONFIG function in dos. Aswell as the PING function.
you have to open up a dos winodow and type and enter the commands.
