could not load RDR device driver

Hi,
I am using Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition. I've successfully
repalced motherboard of this server according to the procedures given in this

After reinstalling all device driver I had uninstalled Terminal Server
(which was configured for remote administration). After restarting the server
I am having the following problem:
1. I can not start any administrative console (MMC or Computer Manager
etc.). When I try to start a console I get this error message "Snap-in failed
to initialize".

2. Workstation service failed to start. I can not open Eventlog, but
eventquery from command prompt reports this: Could not load RDR device driver.

What could be the problem? I have checked lanmanserver and lanmanworkstation
registry keys, but did not see any problem.
