No.

ARP is intended to translate addresses in the local
subnet only.

For IP packets destined to other subnets, the routing
layer has to supply a gateway address in the local subnet.
The gateway is the ARP'ed for.

Proxy ARP means that the gateway is able to respond to
the local ARP request on behalf of a destination host
behind the gateway. The ARP is local even in this case.

However, if the different IP subnets are sharing the same broadcast
domain, the ARPs will be visible to all. Either physically separate
the subnets or do so with VLANS.

The real question is "Can it be patched?"
these opinions are mine, all mine; HP might not want them anyway...
feel free to post, OR email to rick.jones2 in hp.com but NOT BOTH...
