Cost of Virgin Cable 120 pounds a month??

My sister reckons an average monthly bill on virgin cable for TV, 50Meg
broadband and two phone lines is 120 quid? Does this sound to be correct?

Also can virgin cable customers call a local number (ie call 0115 numbers in
0115 area) for free all the time, or are they just free in the evenings?

Thought why does he not just get the price from their web site, so I had a
look !
Wow, it is complicated, no wonder you ask.
On the TV side seems to be various offers and with Phone variations as well.
Seems you can't be sure on price of what you select until you added to
basket and get to checkout.

It is a bit like the 'free' Flight I got last week cost me £80.
