Corporate image of Eclipse - piece of crap

Last Sunday I booked a ticket with Eclipse to point out that their webmail
have a broken link on the first page ( go to https://webmail.eclipse.net.uk/,
then click “help with webmail� and you will get

My ticket was closed. Yesterday, on 21/2/7 I booked another ticket with the
same issue. Today 22/2/7 with disbelief I get the same error.
Eclipse don’t give a sh*t about their corporate image.
