Corinex AV200 powerline networking: how good?

I'm looking at various of the Corinex AV200 powerline networking products,
e.g.
http://www.corinex.com/web/docx.nsf/...net_wall_mount
.. This product line claims to deliver 200 Mbps throughput, but Tom's
Networking found that 20-70 Mbps is more realistic. I can live with that,
but I wonder if any of you have an experience with them and can tell us what
sort of throughput you get, and whether the operation is otherwise smooth
(dropped connections when the A/C switches on?). I'm especially interested
in how well they perform in houses with old wiring.

Thanks,
Andrew.
