Copying Files over Intranet, Network Access Denied.

Networking my desktop (98) with notebook (ME). Trying to
copy templates from files on the desktop to the notebook
using explorer. Have done everything that I can think of,
but keep getting the same message:

Cannot copy .....file name.....: Network acces is denied.
Be sure you have the correct permissions to perform this
operation.

Any ideas?

Make sure that the folder you are copying to is shared
with full access and not read only
