control the internet access

Hi,

I have installed a peer to peer network at home and I
would like to know how I could control the other computers
access to Internet from my own machine.

In fact I want to be able to stop my children's access
after a certain time at night without having to go
disconnect them from the hub.

Is it possible to do so? How?

Windows 98 cannot do what you want, though you do have options. Some
network routers allow limiting access to time windows, and there are
third-party software packages you can install that will do the same.
