Contact Plusnet?

Does anyone know if it possible for a potential customer to send an
email query to Plusnet prior to (possibly) signing up?

Making the query by telephone is not on - (not with call waiting times
in excess of 10 minutes)

Logging in as 'guest' doesn't allow support queries.

We have a Sales Enquiry form on the portal under Help, or direct at

http://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=contact_sales

If you fill out the form the support team will mail back the answers.
