Ive just a Belkin wireless router and 2 USB type network adapters to link 2
desktops in my house to share an internet connection. All went well and
installation was pretty straightforward (even for a complete novice like
me!). I got the required connection but about every 20 seconds im getting the
message.......
"WLanCfgG.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.... etc"
It then prompts me to send an error report to Microsoft....etc.
If i click 'Dont Send' 20 seconds later, up it pops again......and so on and
so on!!!!!
If i try and ignore it (difficult as its always on top!) or move the
windows to the edge of the screen, it lasts maybe 4-5 mins before
reappearing! This is soooooo frustrating! The same thing happens on both PCs
btw!
Baring in mind i am a real novice, could someone please, please tell me what
ive done wrong and more importantly, possibly suggest an easy to follow
solution? Any advice would be truly appreciated and just may stop me throwing
it all out of the window!!
Many thanks!

Well now you see why these usb adapters were so cheap on the sale.
Is there really no way to return them for refund or exchange to other model
that does NOT use home brewn stuff like "WLanCfgG.exe"

Good news...

Not to "state of the art". Not designed and tested well enough.
