Connections to W2K3 shares disappear

We have a situation where all or most of our clients loose their mapped
drives to our one W2K3 server's shares for 20 to 90 minutes every couple of
days. When the problem arises they can always establish an LDAP connection
and re-login, but they do not have their login scripts run because they do
not have access to the sysvol share. In the Computer Management console, I
can see that all of the connections to the shares are cleared out. The
problem eventually goes away, but this has become a major issue for us. Any
suggestion would be most appreciated.

Nothing that interesting in the event viewer. Dell has looked at it also and
has not found anything logged there that would be germane.

When we try to access the server from a workstation using its UNC path
(Start>Run>\\ServerName) we receive an error message stating "\\ServerName is
not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource."
A little later when the problem clears up we can successfully access the
server this way. No one has had his permissions changed recently.
