Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware is not supported except in North
America, Kirk, but you could try the setup as if you're using a satellite
connection with a USB modem as described in this Microsoft Knowledge Base
article:

Remember, the "host" computer with the USB modem will need to be on when you
want to use the connection.
