Connection Weirdness, part 2

Linksys WPC 11,
Don't think I did anything, but now I get

Wireless B Notebook Adapter WLAN Monitor
EAccessViolation

So, what did I do, and (more importantly) what I do to fix it?

Wut a Maroon I am. W98 (fully updated until they stopped), Dell.
Anything else needed?

Thanks. It was interesting. I am hoping something OTHER than a full
reinstall W98 comes about (g).
