connection trouble

I've a 2003 server sp1 dhcp and dns server, 15 clients.
Clients ping to server but not to themeselves; server not ping with others.
The folders are shared and clients have access nromally.
What can i do?

Sounds like the Windows Firewall is turned on on your clients.

Assuming they are XP with SP2, have you enabled ping? This search result may help,
