Connection Reset

I have the belkin 802.11g and every so often my connection resets itself and
consequentally, i cannot download any large files at a time, when i have been
downloading, it has come up with a message saying

"Unable to download [Filename] the connection has reset itself"

I was goin to give Belkin a ring, but i decided to come here before i talked
to any of them, are any of you having the same problem and can any of you
help????

If so, please post here, any help given would be greatly appreciated,
