I tried resetting the router - set it all up again, reset all the
security options and passwords etc, and it seemed to be working okay.
Then I went downstairs, and it lost the connection and couldn't see the
network again. It now seems to be working intermittently upstairs
(within about 2m of the router), and not at all downstairs. It either
can't see the network at all, or it can see it but just sits there
saying "acquiring network address".
It can't be my ISP or the adsl line, because it's works fine when I'm
plugged into the router via an ethernet cable. As far as I know there
aren't any sources of interference; nothing of mine, at any rate.
Considering that it was working perfectly last week, Is it possible
that the wireless module is faulty? Do I need to start getting
netgear's tech support involved?
