Connection problem with Linksys BEFW11S4 and Compaq WL110

I can connect my Notebook running XP via my Compaq WL110 wireless card
to my new BEFW11S4 WAProuter alright, but the connection keeps
dropping every 2-3 minutes. Once I click on the Network connectoid
again, it connects succesfully. Linksys support were not helpful.

I was dropping connections until I did a upgrade to the router. Check that
out.

I checked... Router firmware version 1.45.

When I check the System Event log I see the following error message
that seems to be logged around the same time I see the link drop.
