Connection network OK, but Internet nil!

A working station Win98 on network is connected well to the server, but not
on Internet? Ping on the addresses network 192.xxx... without problem.

But ping www.yahoo.com gives answer "Sending of a request...yahoo [
246.109...] and Withdrawal period exceeded 4 times!

how are you connected ..router / DHCP ?

DNS server ? setup correctly? can you ping by IP ?

firewall ? turn off /uninstall to trouble shoot

Connection through server, router an modem dsl with DHCP automatic.

There are others workstations on WinXp and Win98. If I compare the WIN98
workstation,s it seems that the one which we have problem have the same
configuration for networking.
