Connection issues to wireless netwrok

Hi,

I have setup a wireless network using a netgear router on my laptop and it
works perfect but recently I added another laptop to use the wireless
network, but at times I can't get a connection and when I do sometimes it
disconnects after few minutes. The operating system is Win Xp Family Edition.
