Connection help?

Hi,

I have a desktop PC directly connected to a Microsoft
wireless base. My PC had a corrupted file which made me
reinstall Windows 98. I got my PC back but now I have no
network connection. Did the Windows reinstall wipe out
the network settings? Can anyone tell me what I need to
do to get my connection back?

You probably need to recreate your settings again on that computer. Look in
your Network Connections. It has probably defaulted to a dial-up modem,
which you would need to disable.
