connection fail via vpn

i have two site connect with PIX 506 and PIX 501 and build vpn tunnel. after
that i try access remote site share folder. i can see the the share folder
but can not access it. when i double click the folder the explorer will hold
a long time and fail access. but some computer not this issue. i already
check the PIX configure all right. and the share folder share and NTFS
permission all correct.anyone have idea pls help

What is the error that you get when you try to access the share?

Can you try to run this from Start -> Run ->

\\10.10.10.10\share

where 10.10.10.10 is a server on the other side of VPN and
share is a share name defined on 10.10.10.10.

Another option to explore is from command line

net use x: \\10.10.10.10\share /user:domain\user_name "My Password"

where x: is free driver letter on your computer
where 10.10.10.10 is a server on the other side of VPN
where share is a share name defined on 10.10.10.10.
domain is NetBIOS name of your domain that server on the other side of VPN
is a member of
user_name is user account created in domain
where "My Password" is password set for domain account
