Connection Drops + problem configure router DI-614+

Hallo

Sorry for the poor english.
First problem : i tried to configure the router (D-Link , DI-614+) and
it is working BUT every time the router is restarting after i make a
change in the router and then i have to turn of the modem and router
several times to make connection again , plus its take about 1 hour to
make the connection works, during that time i can not accses the router
from the ip (192.168.0.1)and the light of W-Lan is out.
Seccond problem : When i go to my bedroom conection drops several times
for a few secconds. Signal strength on my DWL-650+ card is 65 % , link
quality 97% ,the bedroom is about 8 meters and 2 walls from the router
, when i am closer the connection do not drop , can i get a more
stabile connection by change any of the settings ?
