A number have told me it IS possible but how ? I want to connect to my main
pc's adsl connection (internal modem only) from my laptop by using 2
bluetooth dongle USB adapters (100m range)

So far all I can do is share files but any DUN connection I can't work out
(no router) I've almost made it but I got ip address conflicts (net sharing
is enabled on both pc's of course)

I don't want to sped near on £100 on a wireless router and pcmcia card for
now so no suggestions. Please stay on topic thanks!

I stand corrected - are these class 1 units cheap - I mean less than
£100.00 a pair?

From what I can find for Bluetooth USB, a Class 1 is about £70 compared
to £30 for a Class 2. (prices are each)

It took me ages to get this working on my system

have a look at www.geekzone.co.nz for some setup guides

The dongle on the pc with the adsl connection needs the ip address
192.168.0.1(make sure nothing else on either pc has this address , run
ipconfig /all on both pc;s to check)

Then enable internet connection sharing on the main adsl connection
