It took me ages to get this working on my system
have a look at
www.geekzone.co.nz for some setup guides
The dongle on the pc with the adsl connection needs the ip address
192.168.0.1(make sure nothing else on either pc has this address , run
ipconfig /all on both pc;s to check)
Then enable internet connection sharing on the main adsl connection
