Hello All.

Just wondering if there will be any problems for my users if I upgrade there
WLAN pcCards to WPA. At the office we are getting an Access Point that
supports WPA, but at their homes they will still be using AP's that only
Support WEP.

Will there be ANY problem for them in accessing their Home AP's/routers
after I upgrade the Cards to WPA?

One can never tell for certain, but I would say that you should be fine
doing this. In fact, getting newer cards may improve things for them.
Also, they may appreciate being able to do WPA at home as well.

I think you'll need to be more specific with regards to the cards.
There's no absolute "yes" or "no".

However, if you only have one setting configured on the laptops (using
WEP), and the users doesn't have to do anything when they go home, then
if the laptops are switched to WPA, they won't be able to connect to any
WEP access points unless the users can switch the settings.
