Connecting to VPN

I've had the MN-700 for over a year and have been connecting fine to my work.
Now all of sudden a month or so ago i have not been able to connect (host not
responding) my IT dept says all is good at there end. I always had to enable
DMZ to connect, i've tried both ways now and still cannot connect. Anybody
got any suggestions on where i can look for possible problems???
