DNS doesn't matter,..it is done the same whether multple subnets or a single
subnet. All Clients have it listed in their Network Settings and they will
use it, the fact that it may be on another subnet doesn't really mean
anything.
DHCP,...you configure a separate and distinct Scope for each subnet (no
Superscopes!). The LAN Router (not a NAT Device) between the subnets needs
to be configured to pass DHCP queries to the DHCP Server from the Clients in
the opposite subnet.
That's pretty much it. There really isn't that much to it.
