Connecting two network

I want to connect two network , both have separate internet. Problem is because of internet , both are not connecting ... Is there any method.... Network 1 and network 2 just share file and printer services nothing else.....

Do you have the ability to physically connect these two? Or are you just like connecting an upstairs apartment's internet with another one? They are made to be separate for security reasons so you cant jump on your neighbor or neighboring business and steal there bandwidth/files
