We are using several Windows2003 Server with Terminalservices and Citrix
Presentation server. But that detail does not matter according to our problem.

When a user creates a networkprinter connection using the wizard, on some
servers the printer is created with the DNS-name "printername on
printserver.domainname", on some other servers the printer is created
with his netbiosname "printername on printserver".

when a user with a dns-printername logs on a server with
netbios-printername, the user can print but cannot delete the printer,
because it does not exist with coorect enries in the HKCU_user hive of this
user.

what can we do, that on all servers the priters are created with their
DNS-name instead of the netbios-name?

our printserver is also a w2k3-server
